Our all day menu has a wide selection to suit all tastes as well as a number of local dishes for visitors wanting to try some local cuisine.
A selection of breakfast dishes including the renowned Tu's Big Breakfast along with some local breakfast favourites
Snacks - toasted sandwiches, roti rollups, burgers
Starters - including Fiji's deliciously famous raw fish dish - kokoda
Salads - mains as well as a selection of sides using local produce
Soups - Rourou, Spicy Seafood, Dahl, Moca (local spinach)
Mains - everything including steak, meatballs, noodle dishes, pork, chilli chicken, Thai curries, local favourites like lolo fish and rourou, not forgetting the famous Tu's fish & chips and much more
Dessert - home made cheesecake(soursop is a favourite), brownies & ice cream, fudge slice, fruit and our version of a local dessert - vakalavalava
